1.)    By submitting videos either to the Viddiction General Library (non-competition), or to the Popularity Point Competitions, all Members certify that the material submitted and all rights therein are their property

2.)    Breaches of Brainstem Cybermedia's Copyright policies will result in immediate deletion of the offending material, and/or suspension and termination of the offending Member

3.)    Suspected breaches of Brainstem Cybermedia's Copyright policies will be investigated thoroughly

4.)    Member and visitors to the Viddiction.com website are encouraged and expected to report all suspected violations.

5.)    Any party that feels that its intellectual property was used without permission is responsible for alerting the Viddiction.com website by email as soon as the violation is discovered
